Getting here

Citizens of 59 countries enter Hainan visa-free. Fly into Qionghai Bo’ao airport — thirty minutes from the zone — or connect through Haikou or Sanya. Your transfer is part of the retreat; a driver meets you at arrivals.

Language

An English-speaking care manager stays with you through the week. Consultations are interpreted live, and your report and treatment plan are written in English. Arabic and Russian support can be arranged with notice.

Family

A companion shares your villa — many couples come together — with the option of a full work-up of their own, or a stay-only arrangement.

Your records

Doctors review your medical records before you arrive, over a secure channel your care manager opens — never plain email. Records are held by the treating hospital under Chinese medical-privacy law. Our privacy page →

When to book

Write to us with rough dates and where you’re travelling from; a care manager replies within one working day. Most guests book four to six weeks out — the panel needs time with your records before day one.
