Six-axis wellness, explained

The system behind the stay — sequenced “clear first, then nourish; mind first, then form.”

Precision treatment works, and then old habit quietly undoes it. The retreat’s answer is a wellness system organised on six axes, each with an evaluation, a signature therapy set, and a place in a deliberate order — because circulation feeds cells, a calm mind stops wasting them, an aligned frame lets the organs work, and strong organs make good blood.

气血 · Flow — circulation and lymph. Infrared mapping of congestion, then hyperbaric oxygen, metabolic microcirculation therapy and hinoki lymph work.
心神 · Mind — sleep and stress. The five-sense deep-sleep pod, sound-bowl therapy, brain-function conditioning, immersive calm.
细胞 · Cell — energy at the source. Hyperbaric oxygen for mitochondrial ATP, full-body red light with dry hydrotherapy, Ayurvedic oil work, anti-inflammatory nutrition.
筋骨 · Frame — strength and posture. Milon-quantified assessment, holographic and VR-guided training, deep-tissue and fascia recovery.
脏腑 · Core — gut and resilience. Endogenous-heat immune activation, herbal abdominal compresses, the Himalayan salt room, nutrition coursework.
全域 · Whole — the five axes made visible: detox, skin, contour and energy brought onto the same young frequency.

The team

Five specialists share one guest — a wellness physician, rehabilitation therapist, nutritionist, psychologist and health manager. The hospital treats the disease; the retreat manages the person.

The technology

The smart energy rooms (negative-ion air, five-in-one sleep programme, hydrogen pulmonary protocol), the hyperbaric oxygen island, the deep-sleep pod, full-body red light and dry hydrotherapy, Milon digital movement, and — on the clinical side — therapeutic plasma exchange, whole-body hyperthermia and licensed GMP cell manufacturing.
