How the retreat works
Four days, three nights. One deep look at your body, and a year of follow-through.
Day one — arrive
A private transfer meets you at Qionghai Bo’ao airport (the island is thirty minutes away). Villa check-in, an evening traditional-medicine pulse consult, and dinner from the longevity kitchen — menus written from the fasting labs you’ll give the next morning.
Day two — the deep look
The precision screen in a single fasted morning-to-afternoon: a 100+ marker blood panel with tumour-marker set, 3.0T MRI, low-dose spiral CT, cardiac and vascular studies, bone and body composition, and brain assessment. Your scans are then re-read by a second, multi-disciplinary team before anyone talks to you about them.
Day three — the island answers
While the specialist panel reads your results: hydro-fitness, acupuncture and tuina, flotation and the recovery suites. Then the consultation — every scan explained in plain language, and your written report with a personalized treatment plan, in English, yours to keep.
Day four — the year begins
A slow breakfast, a care-manager debrief, and your 12-month follow-up calendar: scheduled remote reviews against your new baseline. Then the transfer out — or stay on; the trip can be extended with additional coverage and island days on request.
What it costs
The package is offered from about $2,700 all-in for one guest — screen, panel, villa, meals, transfers and the follow-up year. Comparable Alpine programs publish at roughly $39,000–115,000 for the week. Why the difference is possible →
