Privacy

Short, because it should be.

The inquiry form asks only for your name, email, where you are travelling from, and your rough timing. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. The dossier download form asks for your email (name optional); we use it to follow up once about the retreat, and for nothing else. We do not sell, share, or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Medical records never travel over email. If you proceed past a first conversation, your care manager opens a secure channel for records; they are reviewed by physicians and held by the treating hospital under Chinese medical-privacy law.

This site uses privacy-preserving analytics (aggregate page counts, no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies).

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, and anonymised session replays. Clarity masks the text you type into any field by default, and our enquiry forms are additionally marked as masked, so your name, email, and message are not captured in recordings. Clarity data is processed under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Analytics-blocking extensions and Do Not Track work normally against it.

To have your inquiry deleted, reply to any message from your care manager and ask; it will be done within one working day.
